<p>A leading automotive company is looking for Sales Agent to provides market feedback on existing products and services, as well as changes, enhancements and new products and convey information to operations and marketing team members for research and New Product Development.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description: </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.</li><li>Answer customer questions regarding warranty, quality, and specifications on the product</li><li>Check/manage back-order log to ensure product is available and ready to release along with keeping customers informed on back orders still pending.</li><li>Calling customers before shipping back orders to determine if they are still needed / wanted.</li><li>Provide customer service and present a professional appearance/demeanor to customers (internal and external)</li><li>Qualify leads and convert leads into sales (closing the sale)</li><li>Sell products accurately by capturing VIN, year, make and model.</li><li>Working with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.</li><li>Entering new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database</li><li>Making outbound follow up calls/emails to potential and existing customers.</li><li><br></li></ul><p>Qualifications &amp; Required Skill Set:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in Automotive Industry</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems</li><li>Intellectual curiosity</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to use any BI tool is a plus.</li><li>Proficient in English</li><li>Proficient in MS Office</li></ul><p></p>
