<strong><u>What You Will Enjoy Doing</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Saudi National is preferred or any other Nationality. </li><li>Act as a support of the sales team in the day-to-day communication, activities and follow up with clients internally and externally. </li><li>Create sales order and collection follow up for customers. </li><li>Support in organizing sales filing system (quotation, sample, PO’s, contract,etc) </li><li>Make sure client samples requested are delivered. </li><li>Receiving inquiry from customers, sending quotation &amp; follow-up till </li><li>receiving the orders in alignment with the sales team. </li><li>Report to superior for all sales activities (opportunity &amp; threats) </li><li>Following up call offs &amp; rolling forecast from Spot customers. </li><li>Forward any confirmed order to order management to process the SOC “sales order confirmation” and support when needed. </li><li>Support all sales team members to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. </li><li>Prospecting new business opportunities with the help of the Sales Manager. </li><li>Upon SM/ KM instructions to acts as the key interface between our customers and all relevant internal divisions in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations </li><li>Support finance team avoiding any overdue with handled clients. </li><li>Additional tasks according to instructions from supervisor or manager. </li></ul> <strong>What makes you great</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Education/ Professional Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Min 4 years College Degree in related field. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Experience</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Min 2 years of work experience preferred in sales / customer service </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications/ Skills/</u></strong><p><br></p>Personal Competencies<p><br></p><ul><li> Ability to work independently toward a common team goal </li><li>Excellent relationship building and communication skills in Arabic &amp; English. </li><li>Highly self-motivated and self-driven </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and behave in a professional manner. </li><li>Good computer skills </li></ul> <strong>What you can expect working with us</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A modern, familiar and international working environment in a stable and continuously growing company</li><li>Be part of a young and dynamic team</li><li>Possibility of working independently in a defined area of responsibilities</li></ul>
