<p>We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to manage our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>- Support sales operations by processing sales and purchase orders in Odoo system,</p><p>- Issue sales invoices to customers in a timely and customer-oriented manner,</p><p>- Enter Item Master data provided by suppliers, to the system, </p><p>- Effectively communicate and cooperate with customers, suppliers, and other Company departments to ensure smooth sales/purchase transactions,</p><p>- Post GRN into the system.</p><p>- Maintain and update sales records,</p><p>- Provide information about inventory, prices, sales transactions to the management,</p><p>- Assist Sales department with administrative tasks when required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>- 1-3 years of experience as sales administrator or in a similar role,</p><p>- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, pivot sheets, linking multiple sheets) and overall MS Office,</p><p>- Familiarity with industry software (Odoo or similar),</p><p>- Attention to detail, reliability, and great interpersonal skills,</p><p>- Customer service attitude,</p><p>- Fluency in English, </p><p>Ideally, experience in optical business</p>
