<p><strong><em>SALARY 4-5k</em></strong><em> Depending on the experience and skills</em></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Job description</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Receive PO from Sales staff along with checklist</li><li>Verify PO details “uniform articles towards the quotation”</li><li>Verify fabric prices & TG items with procurement comparing to quotation if still valid</li><li>Verify stitching cost if sample is matching to quotation & costing sheet</li><li>Verify with Client fabrics shades and TG articles</li><li>Opening JO and creating master files for uniform articles “uniform photos & artwork”</li><li>Coordinate measurements with client along with the tailor “accompany the tailor to the client and maintain the measurement sheets” & maintain staff list detailed excel file</li><li>Coordinate with procurement the order and delivery of fabric & TG items as per agreed lead-time</li><li>Coordinate with production for stitching and delivery time as per agreed lead-time</li><li>Coordinate with packing on the delivery locations, packaging etc</li><li>Making sure delivery is complete and get DN & invoice signed</li><li>Submit DN & invoice to finance & keeping record in client’s file</li><li>Maintain all communications with client for any discrepancies until job is closed</li><li>Keeping Sales staff in the loop of all communications, escalate for any discrepancies</li><li>Keeping sample in safe place “artwork, actual sample, fabric codes, fabric source etc” for any future re-orders</li><li>Keep in track of client’s portals for any new inquiries “general portals”</li><li>Dispatch inquiries to sales staff, listing all required documents “offers formats, bid bonds, company documents” and keeping track of closing date</li><li>Making sure sales staff commit to prepare submission documents 2 days prior closing time</li><li>Making sure sales staff to prepare required samples on submission date</li><li>Submit the tender documents</li><li>Follow up tenders officially through portals and official communications</li><li>Collect samples if tender is lost</li><li>Keep record of assigned client’s contracts to be valid and SLA to be met</li><li>Notify sales staff of expiry date as per contract notice period</li><li>Redraft the terms when contract is revised or renewed</li><li>Keep track of client’s invoices submission</li><li>Update SOA of each client to sales staff</li><li>Answering phone calls promptly</li><li>Receiving walk in clients for new inquiries or alterations</li><li>Attending WhatsApp messaging when required</li><li>Attending customer’s complaints and working on solutions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>SKILLS</strong></p><p><strong>- Very good Excel sheet “Intermediate to Professional”</strong></p><p><strong>- Writing communication “official business communications” </strong></p><p><strong>- Verbal communication “Direct interaction with clients & colleagues”</strong></p><p><strong>- Work organization “Discipline, neat, organized, planned”</strong></p><p><strong>- English literacy “Professional business language”</strong></p><p><strong>- Arabic literacy “added advantage”</strong></p><p><strong>- Legal knowledge “able to amend and comprehend legal contracts”</strong></p>
