<p>The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson in the Fashion Industry who is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client’s needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and target sales lead</li><li>Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients</li><li>Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Prospect clients and understand their needs</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field</li><li>5+ years experience in the same role</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Experience in preloved shoes/clothes is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them</li><li>Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Experience in managing a book of business</li></ul>
