<p>The ideal candidate will lead the sales development and penetration strategy for new customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure long-term success</li><li>Develop positive relationships and promptly handle the customer’s requirements</li><li>Generate new sales by making use of potential sales networks</li><li>Resolve customer queries and handle their requirements in a timely manner</li><li>Set and track down sale targets that are aligned with the company’s objectives</li><li>Monitor the sales metrics regularly.</li><li>Suggest suitable actions that can help improve sales performance and identify opportunities to grow.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>2 to 4years of relevant experience required</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech industry</li><li>Understanding of sales performance metrics</li><li>Proficient in sales cycle</li><li>Must have driving license & car</li><li>Must speak fluent English & Arabic</li></ul><p><br></p>
