Job Description

  • Execute the current go to market strategy of the sales department
  • Prospecting and qualifying, as well as calling clients in the MENA region
  • Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value that can be delivered by Bounce Deliver and report on a set of business development targets
  • Use feedback to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Develop positive relationship with clients
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner \Work with multiple internal teams to improve customer journey and experience

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in both, English and Preferably with previous work experience in the Education, Tech, or telecom industry.
  • 2 -3 yearsโ€™ experience in Sales with a proven track record
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.) and proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Good communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Results-driven focus with analytical capability
  • Driver’s license + car is desirable
