Job Description

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with Customers Assigned to the employee under his direct supervision.
  • Understanding GES Heavy Line product 
  • Build, strengthen and maintain good business relations with the existing and prospective Accounts.
  • Improve customer awareness of the GES products (including soft products) and services offered.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy and effective visit plan to achieve assigned sales budget (value and volume).
  • To maintain or improve market share and market coverage.
  • Conduct sales calls, follow up on inquiries, preparation of quotation, financial negotiations and concluding deals. 
  • Ensure proper deal documentation including documents needed for credit approval and its disposal.
  • To ensure and submit a proper monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast substantiated with quote bank.
  • Cooperation with peers to learn new skills and improve acquired sales capabilities. Acquiring Technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supply the Reporting Officer with the gathered market information, competitor activities, new projects, machine requirements, and lost sales.
