<p>SAMA Telecom is hiring Sales Account Manager <strong>(On-Site)</strong>.</p><p>The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>- Manage trading relationships with Carrier customers based in their territory.</p><p>- Meet and exceed Revenue and Margin targets.</p><p>- Deliver financial and non-financial KPIs to meet Company contractual commitments.</p><p>-Strengthen relationship with Carriers to maximize business.</p><p>- Develop and implement Carrier specific account plans, strategies for improving overall customer experience to improve profitability.</p><p>- Lead periodic C level (quarterly or bi-annual) service reviews with top customers together with Head of Carrier Relations.</p><p>- Document processes and ensure they are aligned towards achieving Company’s goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in communication Engineering or Computer Science</li><li><strong>1 to 2 years of experience in the telecom field</strong></li><li>Fluency in English is a must.</li></ul>
