About the Role :-
The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers. This role requires good experience in sales/business development in UAE with sound knowledge of A/V, Digital signage, KVM, Video wall, Control rooms solutions and Meeting rooms systems etc.

Job Description :-
β€’ Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts and setting up new channel partners
β€’ Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
β€’ Overseeing customer account management, including understanding of customer requirements and identifying potential opportunities, also proposing suitable solutions using our product line
β€’ Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
β€’ Achieve sales and revenue targets
β€’ Coordinating with marketing team
β€’ Support partner organizations in selling our solutions to their end users and maintain high partner satisfaction
β€’ Coordinating with project consultants and end users for products specification, listing and approvals

Skills & Requirements:
β€’ Good knowledge of Channel sales within A/V industry in UAE & GCC.
β€’ knowledge of A/V, digital signage, KVM, video wall solutions and meeting room systems
β€’ Proven track record of good performance as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
β€’ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
β€’ Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills in English
β€’ BA/BS /MS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, electronic/ IT eng. or relevant field
β€’ Valid UAE Driving license with a car
