About the Role :-
The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers. This role requires good experience in sales/business development in UAE with sound knowledge of A/V, Digital signage, KVM, Video wall, Control rooms solutions and Meeting rooms systems etc.
Job Description :-
β’ Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts and setting up new channel partners
β’ Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
β’ Overseeing customer account management, including understanding of customer requirements and identifying potential opportunities, also proposing suitable solutions using our product line
β’ Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
β’ Achieve sales and revenue targets
β’ Coordinating with marketing team
β’ Support partner organizations in selling our solutions to their end users and maintain high partner satisfaction
β’ Coordinating with project consultants and end users for products specification, listing and approvals
Skills & Requirements:
β’ Good knowledge of Channel sales within A/V industry in UAE & GCC.
β’ knowledge of A/V, digital signage, KVM, video wall solutions and meeting room systems
β’ Proven track record of good performance as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
β’ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
β’ Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills in English
β’ BA/BS /MS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, electronic/ IT eng. or relevant field
β’ Valid UAE Driving license with a car
