<p>Parisima Talent is looking to hire for Safety Supervisor. </p><p><br></p><p>A Safety Supervisor is a mid-level employee responsible for assisting the application of safety procedures on the ground.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job location: Dubai</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Understand and implement the company safety policies and procedures as described in the integrated management system. </li><li>Assist in conducting pre deployment site inspections, identifying hazards, and drafting risk assessments. </li><li>Assist in conducting daily safety inductions, site safety inspections, conducting safety briefings. </li><li>Assist in conducting incident investigation and preparing a report with CAPA. </li><li>Takes note of workers’ safety concerns and immediately acts on them or escalate. Receives and acts on reports regarding safety concerns from workers within the site/workplace. </li><li>Assist in conducting various safety campaigns and trainings. </li><li>Will be accountable and responsible for duties as described in the HSE roles and responsibilities document of IMS.</li></ul>
