<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Real Estate sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets for the company.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;</li><li>Manage, train and mentor a team of real estate sales consultants to achieve sales targets and performance goals.</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and partners to maximize business opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to create effective campaigns and promotions.</li><li>Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions.</li><li>Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.</li><li>Participate in networking events and conferences to promote the company and generate new business leads.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>&nbsp;Fix salary + bonuses &amp; commissions</li><li>Continued daily support and mentorship from Sales Director, full marketing &amp; administrative support.</li><li>Fair and uncapped commission structure up to 70%. </li><li>UAE Residence visa and RERA (Real Estate License).</li><li>Private medical insurance.</li><li>Comfortable office in Media City &amp; Corporate sim-card.&nbsp;</li></ul>
