RPA Tech Subject Matter Expert
Job Description
We are seeking a <strong>Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Subject Matter Expert </strong>to join our team to support our government customer located in the Washington DC metro area. <strong>This position is contingent upon contract award.<br><br></strong><strong>Description:</strong> Advises on the suitability of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for specific use cases and provides technical expertise to facilitate the implementation and adoption of appropriate tools. Assists in defining customer engagement methodologies and advises on governance and policies regarding RPA technologies. Coaches Citizen Developers with the usage of targeted Platforms. The Master Level provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.<br><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong> Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering RPA platforms and implementations. Demonstrated experience in multiple RPA platforms.
