<strong>Rôle et responsabilités</strong><p><br></p>Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<p><br></p>As a RPA Pilot Instructor, you will be responsible for activities in the following areas:<p><br></p><ul><li>Provide instruction to include briefing, conducting simulator/training device events, debriefing, and conducting critique of the training event to include completing documentation of performance. </li><li>Provide academic instruction in the classroom using appropriate lesson plans, approved media and method of teaching, audio visual support or electronic computer-based training equipment/media. </li><li>Perform duties as a subject matter expert when/as required. </li><li>Must occasionally perform ancillary job and contract related tasks to support the instructional programme, i.e scheduling, standardization, or courseware development. </li><li>Perform occasional travel in support of the programme. </li><li>Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Will be required to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints. </li><li>Must be able to generate effective oral and written presentations and proposals on complex subjects. </li><li>Actively pursue continued professional growth and training. </li><li>Pursue knowledge and skills to enhance ability as a subject matter expert. </li><li>Learn and comply with CAE Quality Management System and Environmental Health &amp; Safety Management System. </li><li>Provide customer support and address customer needs in a timely manner. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul><p><br></p>Qualifications:<p><br></p><ul><li>Previously rated military pilot or previously held FAA/EASA CPL/ATPL with IR. </li><li>Previous experience as an instructor pilot (USAF specialty code “K”, RAF QFI/QWI or direct equivalent). </li><li>Minimum of 1500 hours total pilot flying time, including 500 hours pilot flying time on a representative MALE RPA type. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years direct RPA instructional experience. </li><li>Must have previous academic and/or simulator instructor experience as an instructor pilot. </li><li>Must meet specific educational and experience levels, including flight hours, instructor credentials and aircraft time as specified in the contract upon which employed. </li><li>Must be eligible for customer security clearances and meet base access criteria. </li><li>Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule. </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and suite. </li><li>Native English speaker or certified Level 6 (Expert) in Aviation English. </li></ul><p><br></p>Security Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. </li><li>Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. </li><li>Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. </li><li>Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. </li><li>All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources. </li></ul><p><br></p>Work Environment and Physical Demands:<p><br></p><ul><li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </li><li>Work in a Defense &amp; Security environment. </li><li>Communicate via personal computer, telephone and fax. </li><li>Domestic and international travel as required. </li><li>Must be able access a simulator cockpit unaided. </li></ul><p><br></p>Other Duties:<p><br></p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for their job.
