Skills: Software programming: Automation Anywhere(A360)/C#/VB.NET/Java script/VB Script/Python Script
Managed RPA portfolio and Administration of Automation Anywhere enterprise (A360) Built and managed, taskbots and scheduling through Control Room. Experience on monitoring & troubleshooting of the bots. Windows Server and Terminal Server Expertise, along with automation anywhere service knowledge.
 Version Control Expertise – SVN. Handful Knowledge of code and Machine movement. Expertise in providing RCA’s. Managing and investigating exception of the Bots issue and Fixing RPA Errors. Handful Knowledge of database. Strong Knowledge of Control room and scripts. Design and develop minor enhancement for RPA Processes. Identifying and communicating technical infrastructure requirements. Having Good Infrastructure Understanding. Production support and incident management experience. Supporting existing Processes and maintaining server.
Engineering / Technical background Experience on A360 in troubleshooting of High available and DR environment. Implementation of Automation Anywhere echo system from scratch in a HA environment.
