<strong>anurag.baghela@ppldynamics.com</strong><p><br></p><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>Position: ROV Technician<p><br></p><strong>Key Roles & Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Testing, maintenance and repair of ROV systems and ancillary equipment </li><li>ROV system fault finding and repair </li><li>Assist with system certification, PMS and mobilisation / de-mobilisation activities </li><li>Provide technical and operational support to ROV Superintendent and Workshop Manager </li><li>Complete electrical, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic work activities Carry out electrical and mechanical main lift terminations </li><li>Support operational ROV systems as required </li><li>Assist in the identification and ordering of suitable spare parts to ensure they are available when required Ensure ROV workshop critical spares and stock levels are maintained </li><li>Update and Maintain ROV system service records Complete job cards </li><li>Interface with other workshop disciplines as and when required </li><li>Responsible for own occupational safety/health, safety of fe llow employees and members of the public. </li><li>Ensure safe operations to avoid high impact on the environment </li><li>Maintain good housekeeping of the ROV workshop area </li><li>Assist in the implementation of departmental processes to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and any other standards and requirements </li><li>Implement and actively enforce compliance to work processes to ensure the health and safety of employees and the protection of the environment. </li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Education Qualification: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or exceptionally approved by the VP HR, with the endorsement of BUs MLT, vocational qualification (electricity and/or hydraulics and/or mechanics) and industry recognized certificates. <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Professional Experience: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>5 – 7 years in ROV related services </li><li>3 years of which in a supervisory position <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Computer Skills: </strong><p><br></p>Good knowledge of Office and web applications<p><br></p><strong>Language Skills: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Business fluent English <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Knowledge of Electronics, high voltage electrical equipment </li><li>Understanding of hydraulic equipment preferred <br></li></ul><p><br></p>anurag.baghela@ppldynamics.com
