<strong>Tasks</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources</li><li> Engage and qualify inbound leads.</li><li> Arrange appointments for our sales team</li><li> Work with your dedicated Sales Consultant to identify ongoing strategic targets</li><li> Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application</li><li> Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives</li><li> Report results<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> C1/C2 Romanian language skills is a must</li><li> Sales-oriented, sociable, and flexible personality</li><li> Strong PC user skills</li><li> Ability to learn and self-motivation</li><li> Experience in phone business conversations and in attracting new customers</li><li> Basic understanding of software products and business processes is a plus<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Attractive fixed salary of 25k.- EGP NET per month + attractive monthly target-based commission + performance-based team bonus</li><li> One fixed shift 9 hours (8 net hours + 1-hour break)</li><li> Target Oriented attendance!</li><li> 2 days weekend: Saturday and Sunday</li><li> Social and Health Insurance</li><li> Transportation Allowance</li><li> Personal and professional development system</li><li> Work Location: Nasr City or Hurghada<br><br></li></ul>
