<strong>Job Title: </strong>Roll Shop Planner<p><br></p><strong>Location</strong>: Abu Dhabi<p><br></p><strong>Experience</strong>: 5 Years’ experience as a planner in any production department out of which minimum<p><br></p>two years’ experience should be in a similar rolls shop.<p><br></p><strong>Education</strong>: Diploma.<p><br></p>Auto CAD skills.<p><br></p>Good written and spoken English skills.<p><br></p><strong><u>Job Responsibility</u></strong><p><br></p>To develop, drawings for spare parts, to keep inventory of spares, to keeps rolling<p><br></p>records, create purchase requests and all associated jobs related to the planning of Roll<p><br></p>shop employees leave and other records.<p><br></p>To create drawings for spare parts.<p><br></p>To maintain inventory of all Roll shop spares and create purchase requests.<p><br></p>To make set up sheets as per rolling program.<p><br></p>To keep all rolling tonnage records of rolls and rings.<p><br></p>To make CNC machine programmes<p><br></p>To create item codes for new items and create monthly consumption record.<p><br></p>To strictly adhere to approved company QEHS policies.<p><br></p>To make process orders and work on level-2 to update the rolling records.<p><br></p>Technical report writing.<p><br></p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty<p><br></p>satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills,<p><br></p><strong><u>And Abilities Required.</u></strong><p><br></p>Knowledge of rolling process.<p><br></p>Knowledge of CNC machine programs.<p><br></p>Knowledge to maintain the work records for future reference.<p><br></p>Knowledge to create drawings or modify them as per requirements.<p><br></p>AutoCAD skills<p><br></p>Good computer skills
