Responsible for providing technical advice and formation of Project Risk Management Program Materials the role requires a people person with ability to drive focus on PRM. Working in close coordination with functional leaders, establishing stakeholder relationships and gaining project management teams’ trust, your broad experience in construction, engineering or mining will support your ability to quickly grasp the policies, processes and structures by which our projects work within.<p><br></p><strong><u>Core Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Lead project risk management methodologies. </li><li> Conduct reviews of risk activities to ensure alignment with company &amp; project Requirements </li><li> Mentor, train and advise project leaders in risk awareness. </li><li> Deliver training in project risk management. </li><li> Develop and deploy risk management tools, procedures, frameworks, CCV criteria and performance standards. </li><li> Arrange and Facilitate Workshops</li><li>Leadership Engagement </li><li> Work with foreign languages and translation conduits </li><li> Act as custodian for project risk management processes across the Middle East </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Required Attributes</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Diligence, Integrity, Attentiveness, Patience, Confidence, Customer Focused, Results Driven, Approachable, Analytical, Communicator, Diplomacy and Leadership </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Baseline Experience</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum of 5 years’ experience in risk management in a project environment. </li><li> Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in projects ideally within construction or mining. </li><li> Degree in Engineering, Project Management or Mining or an MBA ** **Whilst a degree is highly regarded, candidates with the more than 7 years’ experience without a degree will be considered. </li></ul><p><br></p>Your ability to work under pressure to meet simultaneous deadlines and your self-driven aptitude to work autonomously will provide for flexible working arrangements.
