It offers a comprehensive platform that enables merchants to easily and securely process transactions and manages their online businesses. </p><p><strong>Job description:</strong></p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong> </strong>Manage the merchant onboarding and due diligence checks </li><li>Manage the ongoing and periodic monitoring of activities and address the higher risk matters</li><li>Manage the disputes and fraud prevention programs </li><li>Maintain an appropriate risk assessment of Merchants</li><li>Maintain and enhance the compliance programs </li><li>Reporting and escalation on risks and opportunities to relevant stakeholders </li><li>Drive training and awareness initiatives, and, provide guidance and support to both staff and merchants. </li><li>Other as required (Business support, Internal Controls, Agreements, Corporate Governance…) </li><li>Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance-related matters, including </li></ul><p> assisting with the implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures.</p><ul><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify compliance risks and develop mitigation </li></ul><p> strategies.</p><ul><li>Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training and awareness programs to </li></ul><p> employees.</p><ul><li> Prepare and submit reports on compliance-related matters to senior management and </li></ul><p> relevant stakeholders.</p><ul><li>Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries and requests for information</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li> chargeback management, and high-risk merchants. </li><li>Very good knowledge and understanding of, card association operating regulations and rules,<strong> </strong>regional rules, regulations and market practices, and various international standards.</li><li>Ability to operate multi-nationally with staff, regulators, banks, and merchants.</li><li>Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent demonstrated organizational skills, including time management, record keeping, self-scheduling, and follow-up.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance risk management. KYC, AML/CFT regulations, online payments, online card fraud prevention programs, e-commerce merchant inspections, consumer disputes, chargeback management, and high-risk merchants. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess compliance risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and </li></ul><p> work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.</p><ul><li> Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.</li><li> Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are preferred.</li><li>careers@telr.com</li></ul>
