Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• To carry out all rigging and scaffolding activities and related jobs as per instruction of section Foreman.
• Ensuring that all works are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with the divisions Quality Assurance procedures and Quality Manuals.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management
• Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards
• Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace
 

Education & Professional Qualification:
Secondary School Certificate
Chemical Handling Certificate
Rigging & Slinging Certificate from a recognized institution
Professional Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in material handling operations in Logistics Shorebase/Material Warehouse
Geographic Experience:
Experience certificate from heavy engineering organizations
Computer Skills:
Not required
Language Skills:
Written and Oral communication in English
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
Knowledge on rigging/ slinging and handling of materials in an oil & gas industry (vessel/yard/warehouse operations)
