Our purpose is to create happiness…one smile at a time The Social Media Customer Care Executive is responsible for social media customer service on all Social Media platforms used by Experience Hub for a wide range of brands represented in Abu Dhabi. To be successful you must have a passion for customer service, Social Media and written communications. As the Learning and Development Director, you will ensure a smooth and efficient operation relating to all Learning and Engagement activities across Miral Experiences and Miral Destinations. Responsibilities cover three main areas: 1. Leading the team to design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives aligned to business objectives, ultimately enhancing the guest experience through excellent service delivery by colleagues and developing exceptional leaders that inspire and motivate their teams. 2. This position applies a working knowledge of engineering fundamentals to the division’s engineering activities under the direction of Rides Management team, required to interact with other personnel to provide project-related engineering support including those in QA, Installation, and Procurement. It involves the design, production support, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of ride systems. The main objective of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the audio-visual, lighting, AVL networks and special effects in assets and attractions through all sites managed by Miral Experiences. This position ensures all rides, facilities and attractions are maintained at the highest level to ensure safety and involves managing the Show Technology team under the supervision of the Show Technology Manager. Planning and execution of the rides and attractions AVL preventative maintenance program. At the direction of the Show Technology Manager; plan, direct, control and manage assigned responsibilities of the rides and attractions AVL maintenance. To ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the retail department in relation to the core process, thus directly impacting the delivery of the experience. The position ensures that retail outlets, sales carts, and photo booths always meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and visual display. Manages the team of direct reports so that the departments’ performance always reaches or exceeds our customers’ expectations. Some administrative duties are included in the job. To ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the Operations department in relation to the company core process. The role impacts managing the opening, daily operation, and closing of the leisure facility. The role of the Product and Pricing Analyst is to valuate and implement pricing strategies in line with company standards, policies and procedures. Ensure the products and prices are setup as per plan in the sales/ticketing system. Work closely with performance management and data team to carry complex analysis do drive informed price and product decisions. Work with cross functional teams to lead the product management committee to define rules of setup and ensure compliance. This is to be carried across all the Miral assets: The assistant producer will work with Senior Producer and Creative teams in brainstorming, development and execution for park events and shows. They will identify all elements needed to create presentations and talent support. They will assist in scripting and gathering assets needed to build creative decks and distribute to key stakeholders for review. The main objective of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Show Technology Department at Miral Experiences’ leisure facilities. In addition, the department is responsible for maintaining the rides and attractions AVL systems. The position involves planning, supervising, and monitoring the day-to-day operations and performing preventive and corrective maintenance of show control, projection, audio systems, lighting, the AVL network, and special effects across all rides and attractions in all Miral leisure facilities. The focus is on ensuring the highest levels of safety and guest experience. As an AV specialist, this role entails managing the Audio-Visual team under the guidance of the Show Technology Support Manager/ Show Technology Manager. Fixed-term role for 12 months To assist the General Counsel in the management of the Legal Department and generally assist in all legal matters pertaining to Farah Experiences LLC and its leisure facilities in providing a smooth and efficient legal function to the business and managing legal risk. The position of Retail Operations Manager is to ensure that the department runs smoothly and efficiently in all areas of the store operations. These include guest service standards, colleague selling and guest service competencies. The position is also responsible for ensuring that colleagues work and thrive in a harmonious working environment by guiding and assisting management colleagues in terms of proper man-management and development of front line colleagues in order to increase colleague satisfaction and decrease turnover. The Costuming Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the costuming area of the Entertainment department while providing guidance to the technical and operational costuming team. This position works with the Farah Experiences team as an active participant in achieving artistic goals, ensuring consistent quality, sharing knowledge with the team, supporting production and execution of events and shows from a costuming standpoint whil
