Our client is a global multinational information technology company<p><br></p><strong>Project/Department: RF Design ( IBS)</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience with Ericsson, Huawei, and Nokia RAN equipment is highly desirable.</li><li>Tender preparation experience on relevant equipment is necessary. </li><li>Participate in proposal development and engineering budget planning with proven lead roles in RFP, RFQ, and BoQ evaluation and preparation</li><li>Skilled in developing Technology Roadmaps and technical solutions</li><li>Basic Knowledge of construction &amp; constructability practices &amp; principles, business &amp; financial practices, management techniques &amp; administrative practices</li><li>Minimum Level 1 certified but preference would be given to Level 2 and 3</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Job Description And Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>In-depth understanding and knowledge about In Building Solution (IBS) design principles for Active, Passive, Hybrid DAS, and indoor small cells.</li><li>Knowledge and experience with leading DAS vendors, e.g. CommScope, Rosenberger, SOLiD, JMA, etc</li><li>Detailed understanding of 3GPP radio solutions and architecture of GSM, UMTS, HSPA, HSPA+, and LTE technologies</li><li>Detailed knowledge and experience in traffic modeling for HSPA, HSPA+, LTE</li><li>PS traffic and related dimensioning and performance monitoring statistics</li><li>Understanding of Modern Network Architecture like SON, IoT, M2M, SDN, MOCN, MORAN, NFV</li><li>Knowledge of 5G NR (NSA/SA) technology &amp; protocols, Massive MIMO &amp; its working and deployment, Link budget, NR use cases eMBB, NR deployment strategies such as NSA/SA options &amp; Architecture, DSS/ESS, BW slicing, vRAN/Cloud RAN &amp; 5G spectrum issues</li><li>Has experience in Spectrum Evolution and Re-carving Strategies with reference to Indoor Systems’ limitations</li><li>In-Depth Understanding of Digital DAS and familiarity with deployment scenarios for 5G Collocation on both Digital and Analogue DAS</li></ul>
