Job Description
- Sales Targets: Meet sales target which involves selling products or services directly from a van to customers.
- Effective Customer Relationship: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers including identifying customer needs, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction which will increase the sales and revenue
- Route Planning: Plan and optimize daily routes to maximize sales opportunities and minimize travel time and costs
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the product or services being sold so that enquiries can be cleared on time and build customer confidence to sell the products to the buyer.
- Order Process – Inventory control: Maintain inventory reports of orders to be processed according to the stock, delivery details, quantities and pricing which can ensure cost control spoilage and understocking.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash transaction such as collecting payments, issuing receipts, and reconciling cash at the end of each day which can ensure a smooth cash flow.
- Merchandising: Ensure product displays in the van are well organized, attractive and comply company standards to maximize product visibility and influence customer’s purchasing decision.
- Safe Vehicle: sales protocols, ethical standards, safety regulations and vehicle maintenance requirements for operational efficiency.
