Job Description

A very large, premium optical retail chain based in the UAE. The Store Manager is responsible for leading and motivating the retail store team to achieve excellence and success across all areas of the business.

• Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets, improve sales conversions, and monitor store performance indicators. Manage promotions and discounts within guidelines.
• Brand Ambassador: Demonstrate authentic passion for the brand, develop and maintain personalized customer relationships, analyze business for customer continuity, engage with current and potential customers using CRM tools, and stay knowledgeable about products and competition.
• Retail Focus: Stay informed about market trends and competitors, oversee day-to-day store operations, maintain stock levels, ensure store upkeep and visual merchandising standards, and provide accurate data and reports.
• Team Management: Develop a motivated and well-trained team, lead by example with brand values, integrity, and discipline. Supervise and fill in for staff, personally handle key customers, coach the team, and infuse energy.
• Reporting and Head Office Liaison: Provide feedback for continuous improvement, contribute to boutique development, submit timely reports and analyses, and adhere to operational standards and company policies.
