Job Description

  1. Achieve sales target for the Store.
  2. Supervise and motivate sales team to achieve the sales goal and provide the highest level of customer service.
  3. Organize the work inside the exhibition and distribute the tasks to all employees of the exhibition.
  4. Supervise the follow-up of returns and daily operations and ensure that company policies are implemented.
  5. Supervise all exhibit departments and follow up with department officials in terms of (supply, prices, maintenance, cleanliness of department and products).
  6. Supervise employees’ uniforms and company policies.
  7. Address customer complaints and send management reports to improve customer service and ensure that customer complaints are not repeated.
  8. Weekly meeting for product training and customer service level and to discuss sales per salesperson ratio vs. sales target.
  9. Assess staff performance and report on performance to assist in the development of the staff development plan.
  10. Follow the exhibition licenses and organize operations if you have offers and discounts.
  11. Monitor the movement and level of inventory with the Warehouses section and oversee the products’ needs of the fair.
  12. Submit a weekly and monthly sales report.
  13. Provide customer feedback on quality of service and products.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Detailed understanding of managerial aspects with a focus on prompt customer service.
  • Excellent soft skills with an ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • An earnest professional with expertise in organizing various managerial aspects.
