<p><strong>We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with exceptional communication skills to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at at a mall location in Dubai on a limited contract basis.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As a Retail Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming environment for our customers and provide them with information about our products and services. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our store.</p><p> </p><p>While prior experience in Sales and Retail is desirable, we also encourage motivated individuals with a strong willingness to learn and grow to apply for this position. We look forward to welcoming you to our team , where you can contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.</li><li>Provide accurate and reliable information about product features, pricing, and post-sales services.</li><li>Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding specific products or services.</li><li>Help customers make informed purchasing decisions by conducting thorough price and model comparisons.</li><li>Maintain well-stocked shelves and racks by consistently replenishing merchandise. If stocks runs out from the storage, the store manager or inventory in-charge has to be notified immediately.</li><li>Process merchandise exchanges following established policies and procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, especially during busy periods.</li><li>Inform customers about ongoing discounts, loyalty programs, promotions, and exclusive offers.</li><li>Communicate valuable customer feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement. 1</li></ol><p>10. Stay updated on the latest products and services to provide accurate recommendations and address customer inquiries.</p><p> </p><p>Desired Qualifications :</p><ol><li>You will have at least 1 year of Retail Sales Experience in the UAE, preferably within shopping malls.</li><li>You will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients – Arabic would be a plus but not mandatory. </li><li>You will be proficient and comfortable with using Retail sales systems and inventory management.</li></ol><p> </p><p>Desired Skills:</p><ol><li>Customer-oriented mindset: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction is crucial for this role.</li><li>Product knowledge: A good understanding of the products and services offered by brand, especially in the realm of sneakers and related accessories, will enable you to provide informed recommendations and answer customer inquiries.</li><li>Sales acumen: Basic knowledge of sales techniques, including cross-selling and up-selling, will help you maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the store’s profitability.</li><li>Problem-solving abilities: Being proactive in addressing customer concerns or complaints, and finding appropriate solutions in a timely manner, is important for maintaining customer satisfaction.</li><li>Positive attitude: A friendly and approachable demeanor, combined with a positive mindset, will help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and contribute to a positive team dynamic.</li><li>Attention to detail: Ensuring that merchandise displays are well-stocked and organized, and accurately processing merchandise exchanges, requires strong attention to detail.</li><li>Adaptability: Being able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and quickly adapt to changing customer needs and demands, is crucial for success in this role.</li><li>Team collaboration: Working well with the Store Manager and other team members, and effectively communicating customer feedback and insights, is important for overall store success.</li><li>Enthusiasm for the brand: Demonstrating a genuine interest in the brand and its offerings will help create an authentic connection with customers and enhance their shopping experience.</li></ol>
