<p>Minimalist is much more than “just” an eCommerce store specializing in the design and manufacturing of bespoke watches and jewelry. Since our inception in 2014, we have grown to be a community of design enthusiasts of several hundred thousand people – and we’re looking to grow the team that makes this possible further.</p><p><br></p><p>We are in the process of opening our first store in Dubai’s Mirdif City Center and are looking for motivated and experienced Retail Sales Executives to join us.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>DUTIES</em></strong></p><ul><li>Engage with customers, answer questions, explain products, terms, and conditions, and build rapport</li><li>Actively approach customers, show products, enquire about any questions they might have, and convince customers to finalize a purchase</li><li>Sell products through explaining promotions, special offers, discounts, and other sales tools that the business is utilizing</li><li>Independently keep track of sales records, coordinate with respective departments, and optimize performance</li><li>Contact previous customers to spark interest in our product range and incite sales</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>REQUIREMENS</em></strong></p><ul><li>At least 2, ideally 3+ years of experience in luxury items / watches sales, ideally in a startup or eCommerce company;</li><li>Exposure to face-to-face sales in the UAE;</li><li>Ideally a Bachelor’s degree;</li><li>Understanding of Emirati culture and personality;</li><li>Outstanding communication skills (verbal &amp; written) in Arabic;</li><li>Outstanding communication skills (verbal &amp; written) in English.</li></ul><p><br></p>
