You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels.</span></p><p> </p><p><span>The ideal candidate will have extensive consumer goods/retail experience, with a 360-degree understanding of marketing. The successful candidate should also be a hands-on marketer, willing to roll up their sleeves and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to get the job done. Possessing a proactive and can-do attitude will be essential to lead teams and project independently.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><span>· Develop and execute comprehensive omnichannel marketing plans for online and offline channels such as email, social media, SEO, PPC, events, in-store activations, and cross-channel campaigns.</span></p><p><span>· Oversee and coordinate with external agencies to ensure smooth retro planning and delivery of requirements within set SLAs.</span></p><p><span>· Work closely with cross-functional internal teams including e-commerce, design, and merchandising to ensure brand requests and campaigns are in line with internal priorities, marketing calendars, and goals.</span></p><p><span>· Support E-com growth by ensuring campaigns deliver the necessary awareness, traffic, and conversion objectives.</span></p><p><span>· Measure, report, and present the performance of online and offline marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and help shape future marketing strategies.</span></p><p><span>· Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.</span></p><p><span>· Brainstorm and develop unique ideas for creative online and offline marketing campaigns.</span></p><p><span>· Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid media.</span></p><p><span>· Develop and execute public relations plans to build brand awareness and strengthen our brand’s reputation.</span></p><p><span>· Manage and report on marketing budgets.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications and skills</strong></p><p><span>· 10+ or more years of marketing experience with both digital and traditional channels</span></p><p><span>· Thorough understanding of various marketing areas (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO, social media, PPC, PR, events, etc.) and market research methods</span></p><ul><li><span>Hands-on experience with marketing software and applications (CRM, email, analytics, AdWords, Meta… etc.)</span></li><li><span>Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.</span></li><li><span>Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.</span></li><li><span>Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and lead a team and projects independently.</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field</span></li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong></p><p>- Digital Marketing </p><p>- Traditional Marketing</p><p>- Ecommerce </p><p>- Retail Marketing</p><p>- Email Marketing</p><p>- Marketing planning</p><p>- Marketing budget</p><p>- Marketing Analytics</p><p>- Marketing KPIs </p><p>- Growth strategies </p>
