<p><strong>RETAIL MANAGER</strong></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong>: Forrey &amp; Galland, a prestigious luxury brand in the boutique confectionery industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our boutique operations. This position will be responsible for developing sales strategies, ensuring the highest standards of the brand are maintained, managing the boutique and staff, and driving the overall success of the business. Additionally, the Retail Manager will have a strong focus on recruiting new clients and engaging in outdoor work to meet sales targets.</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u>:</strong></p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sales Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.</p><p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;New Client Recruitment: Proactively identify and target potential new clients to expand the customer base. Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage with new clients. Attend industry events, networking functions, and establish partnerships to generate leads and drive sales.</p><p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Outdoor Work: Engage in outdoor work to promote the brand and boutique, such as participating in local events, fairs, or exhibitions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to attract new customers and create brand awareness.</p><p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Brand Standards: Ensure the boutique represents the brand’s luxury image and adheres to the established standards. Maintain visual merchandising guidelines, cleanliness, and organization of the boutique. Monitor product quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.</p><p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage boutique staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and other support personnel. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure a high level of customer service. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.</p><p>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention. Monitor product availability and ensure adequate stock levels. Implement effective stock rotation and seasonal displays.</p><p>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
