JOB TITLE : Retail Coordinator – Temp<p><br></p>LOCATION : UAE<p><br></p>REPORTING TO : Fashion and Accessories Director, MEIA<p><br></p><strong>Overview</strong><p><br></p>Reporting to the Fashion and Accessories Director, the Retail Coordinator will support the Chloe corporate and retail teams in the execution of the Maison’s retail activities including admin requirements, marketing, operations, clienteling, and business development, in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, as per the Maison’s requirements.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Administration</li><li>General admin activities to support the retail business</li><li>Vendor & PO Management (creations, modifications and extensions)</li><li>Planning and executing senior management meetings, offsites etc.</li><li>Prepare regional presentations for the management team</li><li>Perform Stock Adjustments</li><li> Marketing</li><li> Event management (in & out of store), sourcing suppliers and talent while managing budget and Maison expectations</li><li> Retail Operations</li><li>Organize Chloe staff trainings and market visits</li><li>Organize staff sales and support in execution</li><li>Support the team in their retail operations</li><li>Support the team in planning and organizing store events</li><li> Client Services</li><li>CRM Management – analyzing client data and proposing a strategy for customer retention and acquisition</li><li>Support the team in organizing personalized client experiences and 1:1 appointments</li><li> Business Development</li><li>Project Management for new boutique openings</li><li>Analyze trends in the region</li><li>Conduct regular market research of competitor brands in the region</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience And Qualification Required</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Valid UAE Passport & UAE Family Book</li><li> Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree (relevant major)</li><li> 2-3 years’ work experience</li><li> Language requirement – Proficiency in English & Arabic</li><li> Excellent computer skills – Microsoft office (PPT, Excel & Word)</li></ul><p><br></p>Skills and Behavioural Attributes<p><br></p><ul><li> Ambitious, results driven, committed and team player</li><li> Analytically sharp, intuitive and a creative problem solver</li><li> Innovative mind and competence willing to challenge the status quo</li><li> High level of interpersonal and communication skills</li><li> Influencing and collaboration skills</li><li> Demonstrates learning agility</li><li> Demonstrates leadership potential</li></ul><p><br></p>At Chloé, we are committed to promoting employment that is inclusive and respects diversity.
