Key Accountabilities

  • Customer calling, recording feedback
  • Review of customer data, follow up, tracking and updates
  • Escalate issues which impact the timeline of completion to the manager
  • Analytical, investigative research and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work with agility in a fast paced, and rapidly changing environment, within time-critical situations.
  • Ability to work on confidential and sensitive matters with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting business and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required
  • Model and foster behaviours that support the Bank’s values and corporate culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability and dedication to the organization
