Key Accountabilities
- Customer calling, recording feedback
- Review of customer data, follow up, tracking and updates
- Escalate issues which impact the timeline of completion to the manager
- Analytical, investigative research and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with agility in a fast paced, and rapidly changing environment, within time-critical situations.
- Ability to work on confidential and sensitive matters with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting business and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required
- Model and foster behaviours that support the Bankβs values and corporate culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability and dedication to the organization
