Job Description

<p>We are looking for RETAIL AX DEVELOPER – REMOTELY.</p><p><br></p><p>The Developer’s main role is to work with the technical aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics AX <strong>POS </strong>system with regard to Enhancements, Development, Deployment, and Administration.</p><p><br></p><p>· Object-oriented development in MS Dynamics AX 2012 using X++, SSRS, .NET, and C# development languages, utilizing a source control system and ensuring best practices are followed.</p><p>· Assist in implementing and testing application updates, enhancements, version upgrades, and patches.</p><p>· Drive system-testing efforts through customer acceptance, which includes the creation of comprehensive test schedules, test cases, and data conversion plans.</p><p>· MS Dynamics AX 2012 development to fill functional gaps, resolve issues, and create SSRS reports and integrations using AIF.</p><p>· System administration, routine system maintenance, production support, and user training.</p><p>· Participate in the requirement gathering, design process, and implementation of designs.</p><p>· Create and maintain functional requirements and technical specification documentation.</p><p>· Perform Database Monitoring, Tuning &amp; Backup operations frequently.</p><p>· Work with end users to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues and inquiries.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>· 3+ years of experience installing and/or troubleshooting Dynamics AX2012.</p><p><br></p><p>· <strong>Microsoft Dynamic POS development is a must.</strong></p><p>· Knowledge of Dynamics AX Architecture (layers, models, tiers, etc).</p><p>· Ability to install and configure all aspects of Dynamics AX 2012, WAX, TRAX, Precision Forms, and associated applications with an in-depth understanding of Dynamics AX 2012 data structures.</p><p>· Proven expertise in customizing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.</p><p>· Technical experience with .NET, X++, or other OOP programming languages.</p><p>· Proven experience modifying or creating new reports using SQL Server Reporting. Services (SSRS), SSAS, and Management Reporter.</p><p>· Experience with upgrades.</p><p>· Minimum of 3 years of working experience in X++, MorphX, and .Net</p><p>· Skilled in Dynamics AX Application Object Tree development environment.</p><p>· Knowledge of Dynamics AX standard application and extending SSRS reports, Enterprise Portal, and BI applications.</p><p>· Experience testing and debugging in Dynamics AX AOT.</p><p></p>
