<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are searching for a self-motivated Area Manager / Head of Retail to help with organization expansion and development expansion across GCC and in Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Palestine, Jordan, Syria, Yemen, Libya, and Lebanon countries. The Area Development Manager will lead all operations to ensure the profitability of the company’s affiliate. Responsibilities include recruitment and training, writing budgets and reports, and assessing performance. Will have regular travel.</p><p><br></p><p>1. Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.</p><p>2. Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff.</p><p>3. Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.</p><p>4. Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.</p><p>5. Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.</p><p>6. Building professional relationships with staff and clients.</p><p>7. Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>*Bachelor’s degree in business administration, the management, or a related field (preferably a master’s degree).</p><p>*Good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.</p><p>*The ability to provide excellent customer service.</p><p>*Good people-management skills.</p><p>*Experience living abroad are advantageous.</p><p>*Sensitivity to different cultural norms.</p>
