<p>We are searching for a dedicated and communicative Account Manager who is proactive and passionate about creating long-term, trusting relationships with our clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the job</strong></p><ul><li>Rustain and improve long-term relationships with accounts.</li><li>Develop new sales with existing client accounts such as cross-selling and upsetting.</li><li>Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned clients.</li><li>Ensure that clients receive requested products or services in a timely manner.</li><li>Clearly communicate the client’s needs and demands to the company.</li><li>Forecast and track key account metrics.</li><li>Keep records of client transactions.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close agreements to increase revenue.</li><li>Maintain and update existing knowledge of the company’s products or services.</li><li>Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to reach and identify new opportunities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Professional Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or similar field.</li><li>5 years of experience working as an Account Manager or relevant role.</li><li>Extensive and accurate product/service knowledge.</li><li>Proficient experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho and MS Office.</li><li>Strong listening, communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at once.</li></ul>
