Experienced Multi-lingual Server for Boutique Hotel’s Fine Dining Restaurant
Our client, a family boutique hotel in the Palmeraie, is seeking an experienced server to provide exceptional service to their esteemed guests in the hotel’s fine dining restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the hospitality industry, showcasing strong communication skills and an aptitude for providing a memorable dining experience.
Minimum Experience:
At least 3 years of experience as a server, waiter, or waitress in a 4-star or 5-star hotel’s fine dining restaurant.
Location:
This position is based in the Palmeraie, Marrakech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional guest experience by promptly attending to their requests, maintaining a positive attitude, and displaying excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service to guests.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings and be able to upsell items to enhance the guest experience.
- Participate in inventory management, including beverages and alcohol, as necessary.
Essential Skills:
Hard Skills Required:
- Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and service standards.
- Ability to use Point of Sale (POS) systems, such as Lightspeed.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
Soft Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent guest relations and customer service abilities.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure requests and allergies are handled without error.
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work on weekdays and weekends as necessary.
- Proficiency in French, English, and Arabic.
