The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Train, manage, and schedule staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency.</li><li>Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain a strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage trends and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a seamless guest experience.</li><li>Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available for service.</li><li>Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 2 years’ experience in restaurant management within a luxury hospitality environment.</li><li>Must be a fluent English speaker and speak an additional European language</li><li>Proven track record of success in managing a high-volume restaurant operation.</li><li>Strong leadership skills, with an ability to motivate and develop staff.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.</li><li>Passion for food, wine, and hospitality.</li><li>Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p>Competitive Expat Benefits
