Job Description

Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager (specifically an upper casual restaurant ) is a must.<br>Fluent in English &amp; French.<br>Responsibilities:<br>- Coordinate daily front &amp; back of the house restaurant operations.<br>- Deliver superior service &amp; maximize customer satisfaction.<br>- Train staff as per the company policy.<br>- Ability to communicate efficiently with the guests.<br>- Responding efficiently and accurately to the restaurant customer complaints.<br>- Maintain the restaurant revenue, profitability and quality goals as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer service- standards. <br>- We expect you to lead by example. <br>- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
