A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor and the back of house. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day activities of both front of house and back of house. </li><li>Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage.</li><li>Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability.</li><li>Manage inventory and cost. </li><li>liaise and align with marketing department and other inter departments to ensure the outlet is achieving targets assigned. </li><li>ensure the team is following SOPs at all levels. </li><li>send daily, weekly and monthly reports to the senior management. </li><li>Make sure the trainings are consistent and updated from time to time. </li><li>Take initiative and suggest ideas. </li><li>work on a sales and operational strategy to align with outlet goals. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>At least 2-4 years of Pre-opening & full-service restaurant management, experience in Japanese Cuisine concepts preferred. </li><li>Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed</li><li>Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work</li></ul>
