<p>Greetings from 360HRP,</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at a Fine Dine Stand Alone restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and café ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be able to manage and motivate staff, maintain high food quality and safety standards, and ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds its financial goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Restaurant Manager</p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong> Muscat- Oman</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong>10+ years of experience (3 years as a Restaurant Manager in GCC) preferably in a *<strong>Fine Dine Restaurant (Stand Alone)</strong>*</p><ul><li>Candidate from a High-Quality busy restaurant, with 125+ covers Preferable.</li><li>Must have team handling experience of diversified Staff Min 30+.</li><li><strong>Should have good knowledge of F&amp;B Operations, Inventory, Products, Menu, and Cost Management</strong></li><li>Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred</li><li><strong>Candidates Must be in GCC/ India with GCC Experience.</strong></li><li>Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li><u>**Note: F-F Interview will be held in Aug- Delhi.**</u></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the restaurant</li><li>Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling</li><li>Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with health and safety regulations</li><li>Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and performance management</li><li>Monitor food quality and presentation and ensure that all food meets our high standards</li><li>Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to attract customers and increase sales</li><li>Track and analyze financial data, including sales, costs, and profits, and take corrective action when needed to ensure financial goals are met or exceeded</li><li>Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and update the menu and ensure that food costs are managed effectively</li><li>Ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked with necessary supplies and that orders are placed in a timely and cost-effective manner</li><li>Handle customer complaints and ensure that all customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional image of the restaurant in the community</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Interested Share your CV to madhavi@360hrp.com / Kindly share in your Network</p>
