A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>You would benefit from having the abilities and qualities listed below in this role:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in a related field</li><li>Commitment to providing outstanding levels of guest service</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets</li><li>Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage</li><li>Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability.</li><li>Ensuring Best Customer Service.</li><li>Management of Vendors, Inventory, And Equipment.</li><li>Keeping a check on the inventory and ensuring that they are regularly itemized, counted, and replenished</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>At least 6-8 years’ of full-service restaurant management</li><li>Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed</li><li>Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.</li><li>Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Sapaad and Iiko.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Locations</strong></p><p><span>Sha’am – North of Ras Al-Khaimah</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><p><span>Full-time</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Expected Salary</strong></p><p>5000 ~ 7000 AED</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Brand</strong></p><p>The Speciality House Cafe</p><p><br></p>
