<p><strong>Position Title:</strong> Restaurant Manager</p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full Time</p><p><strong>Salary: </strong>AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus incentives</p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong> Dubai, UAE</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Client: </strong></p><p>A Michellin Restaurant in Dubai serving authentic Arabian flavors with a fusion of Emirati- Levantine dishes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description: </strong></p><ul><li>Overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.</li><li>Ensuring efficient customer service and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the dining experience.</li><li>Train, and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and BOH staff as necessary.</li><li>Handle the schedule routine of all FOH staff considering the peak hours, season and restaurant operational hours with the number of staff.</li><li>Be proactive in representing the restaurant to the clients – asking them for feedback, upselling, and making sure they have the best experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 3 years’ experience in the same role with International and Levantine cuisine</li></ul>
