Job Description
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Asking guests for feedback on their experience, and taking steps to address any issues that arise.
- Providing guests with the restaurant’s menu and responding to any initial inquiries they might have.
- Checking in with guests to see how their experience is going, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Able to use a point-of-sale system and manage money appropriately.
- Able to follow procedures and ask for clarification as required.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, even in high-stress situations.
- Valid Transferable Visa Well spoken English
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to perform high- quality work while unsupervised
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette
- Ability to manage reservations, seating chart and waiting- list
- Knowledge about booking system
