Job Description

  • Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
  • Asking guests for feedback on their experience, and taking steps to address any issues that arise.
  • Providing guests with the restaurant’s menu and responding to any initial inquiries they might have.
  • Checking in with guests to see how their experience is going, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Able to use a point-of-sale system and manage money appropriately.
  • Able to follow procedures and ask for clarification as required.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, even in high-stress situations.
  • Valid Transferable Visa Well spoken English 
  • Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to perform high- quality work while unsupervised 
  • Understanding of restaurant etiquette
  • Ability to manage reservations, seating chart and waiting- list
  • Knowledge about booking system
