We’re looking for an experienced floor manager to join our team and help maintain our high standards of service. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. They will be responsible for managing the floor staff, ensuring that all guests receive prompt and courteous service. They will also be responsible for managing the dining room reservations, coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery, and handling customer complaints.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
