Job Description

We are hiring a Project Leader who will be based in our Tangier’s plant.<br><br>As a ME Project Leader, you will play a key role in Aptiv. You be responsible of Ensuring project management fairly with the engineering changes also with the annual changes model, while guaranteeing project performance.<br><br>Inside Aptiv nothing is impossible, you will have the autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way and you will be reporting to ME Coordinator of the plant.<br><br>Your Role:<br><ul><li> Ensure the right connection between engineering changes and continuous improvement.</li><li> Ensure KMS directives: Break kit; Assembly sequence and connections; WPO, SOS improvement and Kaizen concept</li><li> Prepare and update all documentation related to the activity:</li><li> Kitting Matrix.</li><li> Kit assembly sequence.</li><li> Building sequence.</li><li> SOS Status &amp; Moving.</li><li> Diagram flow</li><li> MSD</li><li> Ensure compliance with EOS procedures</li><li> Promote and participate in KMS activities.</li><li> Ensure the smooth running of certification audits.</li><li> Ensure reliable data preparation.</li><li> Ensure the smooth running of certification audits and customer audits.</li><li> Ensure weekly update of reports:</li><li> FT reduction.</li><li> Full time reduct tracker.</li><li> MC1 efficienty tracker.</li><li> WPO tracker.</li><li> Ensure compliance with procedures.</li><li> Ensure good management of auxiliaries (control of overtime, etc.).</li><li> Ensure a good connection with engineering systems / EOS / PFMEA’s.Ensure the revision of PFMEA’s for engineering changes and application on equipment definitions.<br><br></li></ul>Your Background:<br><ul><li> Master’s degree / Engineering Diploma in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, mechanics, freshly graduated or with one year experience in the automotive industry or similar position.</li><li> Good problem solving, adaptation and teamwork skills,</li><li> Ability to work under stress and manage various projects.</li><li> Fluent French and English Speaker<br><br></li></ul>Aptiv Rewards &amp; Advantages:<br><ul><li> Competitive compensation package including; Bonus Potential, Healthcare, Pension schemes.</li><li> Learning, professional growth and development in a world recognized international environment.</li><li> Access to internal &amp; external training, coaching &amp; certifications.</li><li> Recognition for innovation and excellence.</li><li> Opportunities to give back to the community.</li><li> Meaningful work that makes a difference in the world<br><br></li></ul>Some see differences.
