Virtuzone, the UAE’s leading company incorporation business is looking for Specialist Residential Real Estate Brokers. You will be responsible for managing the sale, purchase, and rental of ready and off-plan residential assets. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be required to build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate deals, and keep up-to-date with real estate market trends. You have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
– Represent clients in the sale, purchase, and rental of properties
– Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other real estate professionals
– Conduct market research to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market
– Advise clients on pricing strategies, financing options, and market conditions
– Evaluate properties to determine their value and potential for sale or rental
– Advertise properties through various marketing channels, such as websites, social media, and print media
– Negotiate deals and prepare contracts and other legal documents
– Attend property inspections and coordinate with other professionals, such as home inspectors and appraisers
– Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or rental process
– Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients and generate new business opportunities
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants
Skills
– Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in the real estate industry in the UAE
– RERA license and driving license required
– Proven track record of success in real estate sales
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software programs
– Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
