To liaise with existing and new Clients to gain agency agreements to lease their residential properties and source new opportunities via business development.<p><br></p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Abiding by RERA and RICS business standards and codes of ethics, at all times</li><li>Full understanding of relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the lease of a property. </li><li>Understand local processes and the administration of completing leases (i.e. drafting of lease agreements, addendums, MOU, POA, DEWA etc)</li><li>Follow Company policies and procedures for office operation, listing and renting, contracts and reporting, etc. </li><li>Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard and maintain a high professional profile</li><li>Develop a thorough understanding of the real estate market in Bahrain. </li><li>Identify all real estate opportunities and recommend each to Line Manager</li><li>Develop own client database and referrals to compliment Savills systems</li><li>Achieve individual monthly lease targets as set by management. </li><li>Develop quality leasing materials to effectively rent properties to prospective clients. </li><li>Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for listings and renting properties, align with Line Manager to achieve them. </li><li>To actively maintain the companyโs databases and property portals (i.e. Propspace, Property Finder) for loading of data in respect to client information, updates and details of viewings arranged etc</li><li>Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports of listings and leasing progress</li><li>Build excellent working relationships with Clients and team</li><li>Networking with other professionals in the market to strengthen work opportunities and relationships</li><li>Develop professional relationships and contacts with all clients and ensure clients are fully satisfied with the service they receive from Savills</li><li>Network and identify business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping up to date with latest local and national property market information and laws</li><li>Attend all required training and self-improvement seminars. </li><li>Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments</li><li>Presenting to potential clients and conduct viewings</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills, Knowledge And Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English</li><li>Minimum 2 years leasing experience</li><li>Strong negotiation and selling skills, with confidence in presentation delivery</li><li>Exceptional communication skills</li><li>Highly organised and excellent attention to detail</li><li>Knowledge of all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams etc)</li><li>Driving licence holder and vehicle owner</li><li>Willing to work on weekends and evenings</li></ul><p><br></p>Preferred qualification / experience but not essential:<p><br></p><ul><li>Educated to degree level or equivalent</li><li>Knowledge of the Bahrain property market</li><li>Proven record of achieving lease targets</li><li>Arabic speaker</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills, Knowledge And Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English</li><li>Minimum 2 years leasing experience</li><li>Strong negotiation and selling skills, with confidence in presentation delivery</li><li>Exceptional communication skills</li><li>Highly organised and excellent attention to detail</li><li>Knowledge of all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams etc)</li><li>Driving licence holder and vehicle owner</li><li>Willing to work on weekends and evenings</li></ul><p><br></p>Preferred qualification / experience but not essential:<p><br></p><ul><li>Educated to degree level or equivalent</li><li>Knowledge of the Bahrain property market</li><li>Proven record of achieving lease targets</li><li>Arabic speaker</li></ul>
