<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p><span>We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Resident Engineer to join our Project delivery team in Dubai. This critical role will be responsible for leading the construction supervision team to ensure that the project will be delivered on time and within budget according to the contract. You will supervise the work of the site engineers, surveyors, inspectors, and all other disciplines working on the construction site. </span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><span>the role of the resident engineer should cover the following responsibilities including but not limited to:</span></p><p><span>• Demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience in the execution of civil building projects, landscape, and irrigation works connected to high-rise tower projects. </span></p><p><span>• Ability to make senior-level project decisions and liaise with applicable authorities. </span></p><p><span>• Familiar with the ADM rules and regulations</span></p><p><span>• Quality Assurance, Quantity Surveying, and Project Network Techniques. </span></p><p><span>• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Projects. </span></p><p><span>• Excellent written and communication skills (English), time management, and supervisory skills </span></p><p><span>• Demonstrated ability to prepare instructions, specifications, reports, and cost estimates </span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• A minimum of 18 years of professional experience </p><p>• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a similar discipline is required </p><p>• Having experience in post-contract supervision projects in Abu Dhabi with consulting firms.</p>
