<strong>Deluxe Holiday Homes</strong> is a DTCM licensed Operator for short-term rentals in Dubai. Having been awarded for straight two years by international travel awards as the Best Holiday Homes company in Dubai and will soon be in the entire GCC. Join us as we continuously grow and achieve greater heights.<p><br></p>We are looking for a <strong>Reservations Supervisor</strong> who will be joining our dynamic and multi-cultural team. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of similar experience in the same field.<p><br></p>As Reservations Supervisor, you are responsible for achieving occupancy targets/levels as identified in the annual budget and marketing plan for Reservations. The Reservations Supervisor will manage the reservations team and will work to develop future and repeat business opportunities.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Make daily weekly monthly reservation reports and statistics and ensure they are distributed to the respective departments.</li><li>Implement effective reservations strategies; set and amend selling strategies across all channels, and segments as directed by the direct report as applicable per-property level.</li><li>Monitor and report results of any incentive programs in place; responsible to make sure the integrity of the program is maintained, and that all requirements are followed.</li><li>Ensure all reservation enquires are professionally, and promptly handled within standard timelines and ensure that there is no loss of business.</li><li>Track Calls using standard call conversion sheets, reporting calls on daily, weekly, monthly basis and ensuring that calls are not lost resulting in lost business.</li><li>Conduct training to existing and new agents in the team to maintain and improve reservation selling skills.</li><li>Monitor and maximize revenues opportunities to achieve budgeted and forecasted transient revenue targets|</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary Package</li><li>Medical Insurance Plan</li><li>Annual Air Ticket Allowance</li><li>Bonus/ Incentive</li></ul>
