What you will be doing:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of reservation agents and ensuring that our guests’ reservations are handled professionally and efficiently.
The Reservations Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing reservation policies, procedures, and strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
– Manage the daily operations of the hotel reservations department, including supervising the reservation agents and ensuring that all reservations are handled professionally and efficiently.
– Develop and implement reservation policies, procedures, and strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
– Monitor reservation trends and adjust strategies accordingly to meet changing market demands.
– Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that all departments are working together to meet the needs of the guests.
– Monitor and maintain accurate records of all reservations and room availability.
– Ensure that all reservation-related customer inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly and to the guests’ satisfaction.
– Hire, train, and evaluate reservation agents to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting performance goals.
– Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents and other key partners to drive business to the hotel.
– Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management on reservation performance and trends.
